Here are my 20 favourite albums from last year (yeah, it’s over). Amazingly, both Andrew Wasylyk and the late Harold Budd released TWO ALBUMS in 2020 that ended up being personal favourites. And the recent collaboration between the brothers Brian Eno and Roger Eno was released as a companion set, thus counting as two as well. I have included the latest EP by Algiers as a bonus track. “Political rock” is more important than ever in my opinion.
