Uefa wants to transform the image of women’s football in its first pan-European creative campaign for the sport.
The high-energy ad by FCB Inferno aims to make football the number-one played sport for women in Europe within five years and encourage more teenage girls to take it up. It will break on TV during the Uefa Women’s Champions League final between Olympique Lyonnaise and Paris Saint-Germain in Cardiff. It was written by Sarah Lefkowith at FCB Inferno and directed by Kibwe Tavares through Nexus Studios.
