This photo have two significant details; one) the guy is in a suit, casually biking to work (everyone here likes to be fit and bike around) and two) you will notice the election poster on the far left hand side, slightly cropped. Election is just over here, and it is still the talk of the town (just a hint, in case your are looking for small talk to hit up the locals (also portrayed)).
