💔 Doug is not here anymore and it makes me sad. But my meetings with him were anything but sad. From our first meeting in the eighties at the Mute Records HQ on Harrow Road to partying with Depeche Mode all over the world in the nineties, we had fun, fun, fun. The last time we met was in Paris at a fancy fashion show. Today, I can’t stop listening to ‘Going Away’. It’s so beautiful. As was Doug’s soul. You are so truly missed, old friend.
